A water main break puts parts of Collinsville under a boil order until further notice
The Daily Belleville team
If you live or work in Collinsville, check your water before you drink it. The city issued a boil order Wednesday afternoon after a water main break, and it stays in effect until further notice. FOX 2 says it applies to many residents and businesses between Interstate 255 and Interstate 55.
Two reports describe the boil order's area differently

RiverBender says the city's notice lists addresses across numerous streets, including every address in the Woodland Trails mobile home neighborhood. The two reports give different boil times. FOX 2 says three minutes, and RiverBender says five. We'd go with the longer one.
