Two reports describe the boil order's area differently

If you live or work in Collinsville, check your water before you drink it. The city issued a boil order Wednesday afternoon after a water main break, and it stays in effect until further notice. FOX 2 says it applies to many residents and businesses between Interstate 255 and Interstate 55.

RiverBender says the city's notice lists addresses across numerous streets, including every address in the mobile home neighborhood. The two reports give different boil times. FOX 2 says three minutes, and RiverBender says five. We'd go with the longer one.

The Dollar General on Carlyle next to Schnucks is GREAT!

“It used to be a mess and I didn't like going there. Wendy, the current manager, has done a stellar job turning that store around. It's very well organized, stocked, new items available, and she's always hard at work keeping it that way. Whoever her boss is should give her praise and a raise!!”
