The Overnight Warming Locations in Alton, Edwardsville, and Granite City provided warm shelter—serving meals, showers and bus tokens last night when temperatures dropped to 20 degrees or lower.

🚧 Accidents
Snow fell earlier than expected on Monday and caused major delays and accidents in the St. Louis area as untreated roads and a pile-up on westbound I-270 in Illinois led to lane closures—officials said crews worked around the clock to clear roads and urged drivers to avoid travel if possible.
