Denali Group, Inc. agreed to pay $3.5 million to resolve allegations it impersonated military and government personnel during customer satisfaction surveys for moving services at Scott Air Force Base — the false surveys helped secure extra shipments — following an extensive investigation.
The U.S. attorney’s office said Alaska-based Denali Group Inc. faked customer surveys—impersonating military personnel on phone calls to secure Scott AFB business—and will pay a $3.5M penalty.
The Illinois Department of Human Services announced that they will fully restore SNAP benefits for all recipients.
All SNAP participants will get their full November benefits by November 20—ensuring that roughly 1.9 million Illinoisans relying on these benefits receive proper nutritional support.
