- ➤ Gateway Arch Park Foundation’s Winterfest will run from November 22 through January 11 at Kiener Plaza and will offer ice skating, s'mores stations, a Winterfest 5K race, and other family activities that support local conservation programs—free skate days and a fireworks show add extra fun. The event is presented by Bank of America and World Wide Technology and is set to bring our community together for a festive winter celebration. KSDK

- ➤ Missourians and some Illinois SNAP participants may see partial benefits today as state systems start processing payments following updated federal guidance — Illinois officials noted funding is limited to 65% until full federal funds are provided.
