- ➤ The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that Lebanon Road between Fon Du Lac Drive and Woodcrest Drive in St. Clair County will be closed for road repairs starting Monday, Oct. 13 weather permitting — the closure is expected to last about two weeks while keeping access at both roads. - ➤ The Illinois Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Southwestern Illinois Justice & Workforce Development Campus on 231 2301 W. Main Street in Belleville to introduce a study on proposed improvements along Illinois 13 from Illinois 157 to South 23rd Street—attendees may submit public comments by Nov. 21. Riverbender
