- ➤ It is harvest time for soybean farmers in Illinois and Missouri but a dry summer and the trade war have hurt the crop. Farmer Paul Beisiegal said that lower prices—and China’s boycott—have hurt the market and that farmers hope the federal government will offer aid soon. First Alert 4
