- ➤ Caritas Family Solutions celebrated an Adoption Day event at the St. Clair County Courts in Belleville—15 children officially joined their new families through collaboration with Judge Elaine LeChien, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and local adoption agencies. The nonprofit expects the event to become an annual celebration that supports children in finding safe, loving homes. Riverbender
