- ➤ St. Clair County Transit District announced it has hired Brandon Snyder of O’Fallon as its summer intern, and he will work on MetroBikeLink trail projects, gather research data, and help with other initiatives. - ➤ On June 4, the St. Louis Regional Freightway released its 2026 Priority Project List for the bi-state region, which includes 29 projects—valued at nearly $8.9 billion—with more than $560 million in completed work and $2.6 billion in allocated funds. The list features key upgrades such as the I-270 Chain of Rocks Bridge replacement and I-55 improvements that will boost freight infrastructure in eastern Missouri and southwestern Illinois.
