- ➤ Students and staff at Breese Central High School mourn the loss of 16-year-old Macy Haar who died Friday after losing control of her UTV on Alternative Vehicle Day—grief counselors have been deployed and the school will switch to e-learning on Wednesday so everyone can attend her funeral. KSDK

- ➤ Rep. Mary Miller said she wants to limit food stamp help to U.S.-born citizens, naturalized citizens, and legal residents — a change from current rules that let some noncitizens receive aid — and her proposal could save up to $8 billion over 10 years.
