- ➤ The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help finding 71-year-old Carl W. Swofford, who went missing Saturday at 8 p.m. near Erie Station Road and Albany Station Road in Belleville due to a medical condition that puts him at risk, and officials urge anyone with information to call the department. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ The Community Mental Health First Aid Collaborative, founded by Kristina and Isaac Sandidge, will offer discounted or free training to businesses and community members in Riverbend starting in June. Local nonprofits and companies can send staff to learn how to recognize and respond to mental health issues—sponsors may help cover costs to extend access to this vital skill. Riverbender
