One year after an EF-3 tornado destroyed her north St. Louis home, Geraldine Spencer and her family remain displaced and are renting a two-bedroom townhouse in St. Ann because FEMA and insurance checks did not cover the cost of similar housing; Belleville firefighters and local volunteers helped during the rescue.
