Erick M. Buntyn, 35, pleaded guilty Monday to a felony for threatening to kill a judge and jurors after a conviction in a crash that severed a teenager’s legs—he received two years' probation and a suspended two-year sentence—he faces up to seven years in prison if he violates probation.
