Fair St. Clair returns to Belle Clair Fairgrounds Park for the first time since 2014 with events scheduled from July 30 through August 1, and local business owners expect the fair to boost downtown activity.
Karabell Industries held a public meeting Wednesday in East St. Louis to gather input on its plan to build the Fatih Mehmet Sultan II AI Center near the Mississippi River.
The $2 billion project - powered by renewable energy - may start construction in 2028 if community support is strong.
