Join us for a special yoga with Laura.
As the days grow shorter and colder, the holiday season invites us to do the opposite of retreating: get warm, get moving, and celebrate together. Rhythm & Root will blend grounding yoga, bursts of high-intensity intervals, and free-flowing dance into one class that builds heat from the ground up. Like any good root system, we’ll start by settling in, then draw energy upward through breath, rhythm, and a little joyful sweat. No dance or yoga experience is needed, nothing is serious, and every movement can be adjusted to your level. Afterward, stick around for Coffee with Colleagues, where you can connect with others in the industry.
