100 degrees 40% Mat Towel Trigger Point roller This class will combine the heating and active element of a vinyasa class with the recovery effects of trigger point rolling. You will build some fire in the body to lubricate the joints and then sink into deep stretches designed to open the tightest parts of the body. This class will use the Trigger Point rollers to get even deeper into the tighter tendons.
