Every family has a story, and ours began long before the doors of Andria’s Steakhouse opened in 1978.

Join us for an intimate four-course heritage dinner celebrating the remarkable journey of the Andria family, from their European roots and immigration to the Americas to the people, places, and traditions that influenced founder Sam Andria throughout his life.

Each course has been thoughtfully curated to honor the flavors of his heritage, the culinary influences of his journey, and the family traditions that continue to shape Andria’s Steakhouse today.

A Four-Course Heritage Experience

First Course | Traditional Oxtail Soup

Slow-simmered oxtail in a rich, tomato-infused beef broth with tender carrots and sweet onions, bringing together the deep, comforting flavors of traditional homestyle cooking.

Second Course | Garden Cucumber Ribbons with Herbed Yogurt & Fresh Dill

Delicate ribbons of garden-fresh cucumber dressed in a velvety herb-infused yogurt crème, finished with aromatic fresh dill. A refreshing tribute to traditional European flavors.

Third Course | Shopska-Inspired Filet

A tender filet of beef adorned with a vibrant tomato and pepper relish, crumbled feta, and delicate microgreens. Accompanied by Sam’s signature egg noodle pasta with spinach and feta cheese, a cherished family favorite that brings a personal touch to this heritage-inspired entrée.

Fourth Course | Espresso Baklava Bread Pudding

A decadent interpretation of two beloved desserts, combining the warm, comforting richness of traditional bread pudding with the nutty sweetness of baklava and bold notes of espresso.
